We took the first step to our entrepreneurship journey with the patent of S cookies, one of the traditional tastes of Alanya. This important step has formed the foundations of our brand and brought us a step closer to our goal of bringing us traditional tastes with modern production understanding.

In the process, we participated in training programs that will contribute to our professional and technical development. In the first place, our small business, which only operates for the sale of S cookies, changed the concept over time and turned into a boutique chocolate shop that resembled French cafes.

Handmade chocolate production has become not only a production process for us, but also a great passion for us. Thanks to the intense interest and positive feedback of our guests, our brand has reached its position known, preferred and reliable in the region in a short time.

Without using additives, we have constantly enriched our menu with the products we have prepared with the maximum care of hygiene and quality standards. We created a wide range of products with these natural and original tastes that we produce with hand labor.

In line with increasing demand and customer satisfaction, we enlarged our physical capacity and offered our new concept venue under the name of Kodal Chocolate Seaside Cafe.
